"This is in regard to the 5-day Yoga Program conducted by Ms. Shreya Trivedi in Dharamshala in the first week of November 2008.
The session was attended by 10 of our employees, all from sales. Usually sales, is categorized as a high-pressure job, where you commit
at the beginning of the day and deliver by day end. Our employees spent 5 days at the shivir (retreat) and came back recharged and
refreshed. They have become conscious of their body and mind. It has been two months since they have returned, but they are practicing
daily what they have learnt over there. Now they are working with renewed vigor and feeling relaxed and confident. They have found
this session very useful."

Any form of exercise during pregnancy requires careful supervision, both to prevent any injury or other harm to the body and foetus as well as
to deriven maximum benefit from the exercise being performed. This calls for the guidance of a kind and experienced teacher. I found
Shreya to be that and much more.

Her yoga routine, which was tailored to each trimester, enabled me to stay healthy throughout my pregnancy. Her experience became apparent when she corrected tiny nuances of how I was performing an Asana, either to rectify form or to make them more difficult. Her kindness was borneout by how generous she was with her time and advice (which went well beyond her yoga routine).

Her pre-natal classes, which involved both asanas and pranayam, helped me keep fit, pain free, swelling free, stiffness free and mentally relaxed. When I did have the occasional bout of back pain or water retention, she would go out of her way to show me different exercises to alleviate the pain or recommend foods to reduce water retention. Her approach is holistic - in addition to the physical aspect of yoga, she's always got a friendly tip up her sleeve or a suggested breathing exercise to keep one focused and positive through difficult moments in pregnancy. I would highly recommend Shreya's pre-natal yoga classes - they helped me enjoy a super easy pregnancy and gave me a new friend.

I am so so happy to have met Shreya and doing prenatal yoga with her. I started very late only in my 7th month when normally people start in their 4th month... but she has been so dedicated and tenacious with our classes, that she has brought me up to speed and instilled so much confidence in me even though I started late. Personally, I feel it is slightly different to the usual prenatal yoga classes because her class is not only yoga but Shreya includes sessions with your partner and you on the labour process, breathing during labour, lactation, postnatal care of both, the mother and infant. Parents learn how to massage, bathe and burp the baby, small home remedies when the baby is unwell, signs to look out for, diet before and after birth etc. The classes are very comprehensive & all in one - a perfect mix of yoga, spirituality, important information, laughs & a mini army - :) ... I say mini army because no matter how much she is smiling and laughing with you - you get away with nothing! Shreya is watching you non-stop and you will do that extra stretch and you cannot cheat. Hahahaha!!! My favourite part is when I start the class tired most mornings and finish fully energised. Thank you Shreya!
